The XS 585 is the largest craft in our 2.3-4m beam range. These are the preferred craft for many sea going sailing based coaches and also well suited to use as rescue boats for sailing clubs.
The comparitively narrow beam and deep V hull make these craft easy to push with an economic engine, whilst maintaining EXCELLENT sea keeping. The tubes still just touch the water so (unlike the VSR) these craft are VERY stable both at rest and at speed.
The overall beam allows for the use of Top Frame trailers to carry dinghies above the Rib when being trailed on the road.
