The XS 545 is an "Sailing industry standard" Coach Rescue boat. This lengendary boat has been the mainstay of Clubs, Federations and Olympic teams for the past 20 years.
The comparitively narrow beam and deep V hull make these craft easy to push with an economic engine, whilst maintaining EXCELLENT sea keeping. The tubes still just touch the water so (unlike the VSR) these craft are VERY stable both at rest and at speed.
The overall beam allows for the use of Top Frame trailers to carry dinghies above the Rib when being trailed on the road.
